An early passion for movement, dance, and service sparked Lisa’s journey into the fitness industry. She began teaching group fitness at Texas A&M University, where she taught a variety of formats, including mind-body and dance-fitness based classes. Upon graduation, Lisa moved to Dallas, where she led barre, yoga, yoga sculpt, and dance fitness classes at studios and health clubs throughout the metroplex.

Lisa believes that movement, regardless of which form it takes - yoga, barre, dance - helps us to get out of our heads and into our hearts. She strives to create a safe, welcoming space for her students to practice self-acceptance and compassion, in turn spreading light, love, and truth to others.

Lisa grew up in Dallas, graduated with from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Interdisciplinary studies. She is a certified AFAA Group Exercise instructor, as well as a 500hr-RYT/200hr-ERYT, and Continuing Education Provider through the Yoga Alliance. An educator at heart, Lisa is a Master Trainer with Savvier Fitness’s Barre Above and Balletone Programs in addition to being a lead teacher trainer for CorePower Yoga’s 200hr Power Yoga Teacher Training, Extensions Program, and Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training. Lisa is passionate about providing high-quality continuing education for all fitness professionals in order to be the change agent for people to live healthier, happier lives.
